I don't have anything specifically for the Sierras but the Speer manual lists the following for 110 grain: 748-58to62 grains-Magnum CCI primer Re15-56to60 grains AA2460-51to55 grains-magnum primer AA250-56-52 grains Varget-55to59 grains Re12-52to56grains IMR4064-54to58 grains IMR4895-49-53 grains There's more but these ought to keep you busy. These loads yield from 3000fps to 3300fps

Of what is listed in the Sierra manual, as stated by Val: 62 grains of W 748 with a 110 grain SP and CCI large rifle primer, gives me a chronographed velocity of 3500 fps out of a 22 inch barreled Browing A Bolt. It is not a minute of prairie dog shooter, ( although it sure blows them up), but it is accurate enough for minute of varmint, like Coyote etc.
