I have a couple hundred 17CCM brass that I would like to have loaded since I do not reload. Can anybody suggest a person or company that would do this for me? Thanks D Cox NRA Life Member

I'm meeting with someone who who owns 3 of these rifles, I'll ask him. Todd Kindler's Manual on the Seventeens also has load data.

Sounds like the time to get into reloading.

I would think the biggest problem would be finding brass rather than load data. From time to time you'll see them on Gunbroker. I almost dropped the hammer on one, on two different occasions. The model 38 can be rechambered for any of the 17, 19, 20 or 22 cal. hornet or bee family of rimmed cartridges. IIRC it can also be chambered for the fireball chamberings as well. Check out Cooper's website. You could send it back to Cooper for rebarreling/rechambering. Best GWB

Huntingtons takes special orders on these dies through RCBS or did, but the cost might make rebarreling worth it. ------------------------------------ The trouble with the Internet is that it's replacing masturbation as a leisure activity. ~Patrick Murray "Why shouldn`t truth be stranger then fiction?
