I don't think Norma makes any propellants. They buy powders from Bofors, as does Alliant.......

I think Norma belongs like RWS to the RUAG Ammotech holding company.

Norma powders are cheaper than the same product marketed under RWS and easier available in Europe than Alliant products.

I stil use RL19 instead of Norma 204, theoretically identical but Quickload allows for higher loads with RL19, possibly due to lower variations.
