I posted this in Handgun Hunting, but perhaps this is a better place. Looking for help guys:

I know the major manufacturers don't make them, but does anybody know if any of the custom bullet makers make them or does anybody "roll their own"? thanks, jorge

i have made my own shot loads using an old case to cut plastic wads for over the powder and crimped in the case mouth to hold the shot in. you take your case deburring tool and sharpen the mouth on an old case and use it for a punch to make wads out of old ice cream bucket lids or any flat plastic you can cut with the tool.it can be a challenge to get the wad down into the case over the powder but with a little thinkin outside the box you will find the right tool for that.just remember not to pack the powder and keep in mind the wieght of the payload.
