I would add, in this sequence

- RUAG/RWS/DNAG: Wiederladen "Blue Handbook", 9th ed. 2002
- Art Alphin (ed.): Any shot you want, 1996
- Nobel Sport Handloading Manual, 1st English ed. 2000
- Vapenjournalens Ladebok

A serious reloader shold at least own three of them. If you have only money for one, the language choice may decide.

By the time I read the Sinclair book, I knew everything already.
It took me 10 years to get a 1" group.
I think I could have reached that level faster, if I read the book in the beginning.

Next to the books on modern reloading:
the classics
Whelen, Sharpe, and Naramore.

Try his web site.
www.zediker.com
The book has many good tips and ideas. But I find his writing style difficult to read.
