Merry Christmas!

I just finished working up loads for a new Winchester Model 70 chambered for the 300WSM and settled on the following:

Fed 215M primer
68 grains IMR 4831
180 grain Nosler Partition
velocity = 3052 fps
groups = an even inch in this rifle

Cwilson, I think you'll like your Kimber, I've got one, it's a little light and you'll feel it when you set it off, but mine and one my buddy has sure shoot well. Pay attention to your scope when you set it up, the bolt gets real close to the scope when you throw it, I've banged my finger a few times.

My load for 150 gr CT/Nosler Ballistic tips works well in all of my 300 WSM's, it is:

WW case, Winchester Large Rifle Magnum primer

67 grains of Win 760

COL 2.825"

Good luck, and Happy Christmas to yourself!
Regards--Don

71.5 grains of IMR4631 under a BArnes 150 TSX gives me sub MOA

59 grains of Reloader 15 topped with a Barnes 168 grain xlc does also

This is out of a stainless A-bolt
