R26 data for 150's in the 270 Win look very good. How would you load R26 for the 280? I would think to use starting point data for the 270 and work up? Yes, it would be safe to assume that, with the same charge with the same bullet weight in the same (or slightly larger) case, a very slightly larger bore would generate slightly less pressure. The .280 and .280 AI with bullets of 150 grains and up can use surprisingly slow powders. RL-26 sounds like a good bet in it. | |||
