Guys, did any of you try out these cleaning patches?? I have been very happy with cotton patches, but could order these patches together with some other stuff. Any idea if these are as good as the "normal" (Sinclair, Bore-Tech etc) cotton patches?? I don't like the synthetic patches I have tried from Hoppe's etc.

I bought a bag & am happy w/ them. They are slightly "rough" & tough enough not to punch thru w/ a jag.

I bought some, don't care for them, and haven't used them since. Send me a PM and I'll mail mine to you to try. You may love 'em. I went right back to Sinclair's patches.

Fair enough John. It is a long way to mail them, though Thanks for letting us share your experience.

The material is not cotton, it's a synthetic, yes??

Yes, like a hard twill fabric. Not as absorbent as my other patches. They do work well for scrubbing grease and dirt off of my tools in the shop. I'm not sure they get into the corners where the lands and grooves meet as well as my old patches. Just one man's experience.
