Hello. Just got my 25-06 reamed and barrell set back for a 25-06 Ackley Improved 40 degree shoulder. Curious about loads. I am begining to work mine up but would love some insight on some good, hot, accurate loads. 100 grain and 117 grain bullets. I am using GS, Sierra, Barnes and about any other to find what I am looking for. I would appreciate any info. The gun is a standard 25-06 Ruger M77, MK2, just reamed out. Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Jake

I'm pretty fond of 63.0grs of Re-22,CCI 200's,R/P brass,with 100gr XLC's seated "kissin".

That is my do everything load and out of my 24",1-10" tube, accuracy and speeds are superlative. I never shoot anything heavier.

As per usual, tread lightly and work up slowly. You know the ritual.

Good shootin'...............
