I recently tried the 110 gr. Hornady V-Max in my 22" barreled m70 30-06.

110 gr. V-Max @ 3.170" OAL
58.0 grs. RL15
F-C gold medal case
WLR primer
~
3340 fps

Groups were in the 1.5" range at 100 yards, it was cold and I was not feeling like sticking around to shoot groups all day. Should make for a good coyote load. Might also want to try Varget, H4895, or IMR 4064 with the 110 gr. bullets in the 30-06.
