I recently tried the 110 gr. Hornady V-Max in my 22" barreled m70 30-06. 110 gr. V-Max @ 3.170" OAL 58.0 grs. RL15 F-C gold medal case WLR primer ~ 3340 fps Groups were in the 1.5" range at 100 yards, it was cold and I was not feeling like sticking around to shoot groups all day. Should make for a good coyote load. Might also want to try Varget, H4895, or IMR 4064 with the 110 gr. bullets in the 30-06. | ||

Hi the sierra manual says oal of 3.100 for the 110 gr hp imr-3031 48.0 to 51.1 H322 47.2 to 49.9 aa-2230 46.5 to 49.8 748 48.7 to 54.9 aa246 46.5 to 51.3 BL-C2 48.5 to 53.6 RE12 45.5 to 52.0 imr-4895 48.8 to 53.9 Varget 50.9 to 55.1 imr-4064 49.5 to 54.5 imr-4320 51.8 to 55.8 re-15 49.0 to 53.8 h380 50.6 to 56.4 760 53.9 to 59.9 imr4350 57.7 to 61.1 imr-4831 60.0 to 61.8 sierra says that fast burning powders such as imr-3031,2230 and 748 are best for 110 to 125 gr bullets hope this helps enjoy and good shooting | |||
