After shooting a couple hundred of both the CCI250 and regular Fed215, I think they are in fact the same damned primers. There is no statistically significant difference between them anyway. They are owned by the same parent anyway, makes sense.

By the way, hotter primers frequently provide lower muzzle velocities. Strange but true, I won't bore anyone with the technical mumbo jumbo.

I get higher velocity with CCI250(50-100fps) than with F215 but F215 has less fps deviation?
This is in 376steyr, 375AI, 30-06, 338wm, 458wm, 300wm??

From the test I can se that the .338 Lapua Magnum got the highest volocities with the fed 215. About 70 fps more then with thw CCI 250
FED 215 ids hotter then CCI 250 !
