| I have resized and not resized. If you can neck size this is the best way as it doesn't work the brass over as much as F/L sizing. I have tried on occasion to reload w/o sizing and sometimes works but other times have loose bullets. I have decided to just resize and save the headaches from now on.

| No. Pull the bullet and seat another one. The brass springback negates re-sizing. |
