I ordered a couple boxes of 416 Taylor through Midsouth, when I received the order one of the factory sealed boxes was short a case. I contacted Midsouth and they gave me the email for Norma USA service. I sent them a message and got a response in one minute! They said they would send a replacement and a few more for my trouble.
Now if it had been 223 or 38 spl cases I would not have complained, but 416 Taylor is hard to find (I know make from 458) and expensive, $2+ each.
