I keep seeing you guys refer to this. Is this some sort of enclosed shooting range/test facility??

If you'll post this question over at Benchrest Central you'll probably find out more. It was a building about 300 yards long that the owner used (with a few guests) to shoot inside of at night. I believe he had a concrete bench set up. It was long enough for extended range work, no wind of course, and it was big enough to allow dust and smoke to dispurse. The owner learned a lot about what it takes to make a target gun work. Basically it got rid of all of the outside influences. I've been using the past tense, but I think the building is still there but the owner has quit shooting in it. During its heyday it was pretty hush-hush and kind of turned into a fabled place. Like I said earlier the real accuracy lunnies over at Benchrest Central or Xtreme Accuracy can tell you more. Joe

This was a warehouse in Houston that was owned by a shooter. The article was in the magazine Precision Shooting a few years ago (before I became a reader). Anyway, the warehouse was something like 300 yards long and had a 30ft wide fire lane down the middle. The owner would have test 'n tune sessions in the still air of an indoor range. Most shoots were at 100yds. The results were phenomenal. I read the entire article in a post at www.varminthunters.com Click on Chat Board and ask if someone can repost it.
