Ammo for sniper rifles is not loaded at LC. Standard match ammo may be, but the custom ammo for each sniper rifle is loaded at special units where the rifles are built and tested.

They're apparently using RL-15 in 7.62 because it works.

RL-15 may be marketed by Alliant, which is a major military contractor, but it is manufactured in Sweden by Bofors.

Sadly, if it weren't for the Chinese, Koreans, Mexicans, and the rest of the world, the U. S. Military would be almost entirely without essential and strategic material. NOW the Peruvians are filling many of the "contract" jobs (at $35 a day) in Iraq and Afghanistan that military personnel formerly did. If all these folks suddenly lose confidence in the ever-shakier U.S. Dollar, Uncle Sam can turn out the lights and go home to freeze in the dark.

RL-15 is a clone of the stuff which is manufactured by Bofors and marketed under the name of Norma 203-B. Similar: RL-22 < Norma MRP, likewise made by Bofors.
