I thought all shell plates were a standard thickness? In my Kimber 300WSM chamber if FL resizing using a Lee shell plate and a Redding FL die run all the way down this results in a case that is snug to close the bolt on. I switched from Lee dies as the sized and chamfered cases were shaving copper on ballistic tips! Now the die does not appear to be bumping the shoulder. If the bolt closes, but snugly should I just trim to length, load and go try them? I also have the Neck sizing die, I may try this as well....
