I screwed up! Been loading 9mm and 38 special loads last couple of days with both (SP) small pistol primers and Power Pistol powder. Using the 158 GR HP in the .38 I also loaded .357 magnum loads with larger Power Pistol shot charges but used (SP) small pistol primers instead of (SPM) small pistol magnum primers. I’ve never done that before, “not using the right primer”. Never the less you think I can still shoot them with caution? Will my cartridges produce less PSI or more? What would the exsperts do? Thanks in advance.

shoot your handloads, standard primers in a magnum will be just fine, as will magnum primers in a 38 special if your powder charge is sane.

I dont see a problem with them, and only hope thats the worst kind of screw up I ever make. I hate pulling bullets.
