Jeff,
Why don't you just chamber for a standard 45-110?

As far as trimers are concerned, the Forster meant for the .50BMG could probably be adapted. Call Forster and see.

The 45/110 won't fit in an 86 Winchester action.

My 450 equals a 458 win mag with a 2.88 inch OAL out of a 22 inch barrel and it holds 7 in the magazine.

I'll look at the forestor on Midway.com

Best way is a drill press and Lee case trimmer in the chuck of the drill press.

Set the drill press up with the case trimmer firmly tightened in the drill press chuck. Set the quill stop to just let the "pin" touch the table. Hold the case in leather padded jaws of a pair of pliers. Turn on the drill press at relatively slow speed. Have more fun trimming cases than you thought possible. It is FAST as well. If you cannot get the exact length of "stud" that you need then get one a little longer and modify it to the length you need. If you do not have a drill press, it is better to buy one for trimming cases since you "might" sometime have or find a use for a drill press as a "drill press". I trim 30-06 cases resized to 7.65mm Mauser, 8mm Mauser, and 7.7mm Japanese in one quick pass on the drill press without any "cutting off" of the neck (all material is removed by trimming). It is fast, accurate, easy, and does make a lot of "brass chips".
