RL 25 is also a good powder.....75 grains is a max load and gets you about 3,500'/sec

Take a look at 100 grain Barnes TSX's, Nosler 100 grain partitions, and 110 grain Nosler Accubond's. I'm loading the 100 grain TSX's with RL-22 at 72.5 grains. Start lower and work up. That load is 1/2 grain "over" max of a 100 grain Barnes XFB, but there are no pressure signs in my rifle. Often with the new Triple Shock X bullets, you can exceed Barnes listed max of the regular X bullets (not the blue meenies!) by up to 1 or 2 grains.

My 257 wby shoots the factory 100 SP's, and my handloads of 100 gr TSX and 115 TSX's to the same spot. I am liking that

Use reload data with caution......and a grain of salt.
