Give IMR 7828 a try. I used it with 200 - 275 grain bullets and found it to be very accurate.

Look here for a couple loads http://www.imrpowder.com/pdf_reload.html

I was thinking of creating a higher velocity, hopefully flat shooting load, for mulies. I have 180 grain nosler balistic tips and I have some R22 powder. I know this is a little slower burning than most of the reloading manuals suggest but has anyone tried it with this bullet? I can load up to 79 grains if I compress it when I seat the bullet. 77 grains and it doesnt really compress much at all. Is there any negative effects to compressing a load like this?
