I assume you mean the 7mm on a 30-30 improved case. I have a Contender barrel chambered in 7mm International-Rimmed (7 Int-R), 14" long. I can push a 140 gr BT at around 2100 fps and have read of some loads that will do 2200 fps with the same bullet weight. This is one of the imroved versions of this combination, there are a couple differant ones out there. I got it for silouhette shooting back when I was into that particular game, it worked quite well to knock down rams at 200 meters. - Dan
