Do you have any reloading manuals? they all have starting loads for a lot of different powders. Have you picked out a powder? Here is a link to Hodgdon. You can find about any reloading recipes here. http://www.hodgdonreloading.com/data/rifle

Play with caution: I mostly shoot 165gr sierra or nosler BT. I did try 180gr Hornady SST. They all shot good. I used H414 and Winchester primers for the 180gr, and IMR4350 for the 165gr. I started at mid range of the loading data and worked up to MY max load/… For the 165gr I started showing pressure signs sticky bolt at 62grs.. With the 180gr I had no pressure signs but accuracy was less than what I could settle for. I try to load for a good accurate load @ MOA. 3 shot groups. Not much need to do 5 shot groups for a hunting rifle. I did try a few other powders H4831SC, WW760 was close to the H414, MFG says its the same as H414.. I did get sooty necks at the lower powder weights with both powders. I did try 165gr Grand slam they shot good MOA. I had one flyer unknown reason. I tried some 155gr sierra match and they shot really good. Caution Is to start low and work up
