Looking at a 6mm PPC with a 1-10 twist barrel, I know that it will stabilize the heavy bullets 105g ect.. but what about the lighter bullets like the 60-70g? Thanks

A 1:10 will stabilize bullets of 60-70 grs just fine. The BR guys like 1:14 twist barrels for 60-70 grs bullets, but as long as you are not planning to be competitive in BR matches, I think the 1:10 will produce some amazing groups for you.

These days, "over stabilization" is much less of an issue, so a faster twist actually adds a great deal of flexibilty to your gun.

The more important issue to consider when you buy a PPC, is that there is no official version of the PPC chamber. It all depends with what reamer the chamber was cut. In particular, you need to consider the chamber inside neck diameter, and the (potential) need to turn necks. Case in point, the Sako factory PPCs can not be shot with Lapua .220 Russian brass, unless turned.

All mho says is true. You might also have to throat it too for the long bullets.

Thanks Guys I'll check on the chamber specs to see if its a "no neck turn" cut.

The 10 twist will not stabilize 105VLD bullets if thats what you are refering to. Maybe a 95VLD and most definetely bullets in the 85-90 gr range. As a previous poster suggested, it should shoot the 60-70 gr bullets well. What kind of rifle are we talking about anyway? Is it a full custom rig or a Sako or something? A chamber cast will tell you all you need to know about the neck diameter. With most all the bullets suitable for the 10 twist barrel, you won't have to worry about the throat length. One that comes to mind though is the 88gr Berger LD bullet, it has an extremely long bearing surface.

A 10 twist is unlikely to even stabilise 100gr hunting bullets out of a ppc with a sufficient degree of margin. Mine own 10 twist 243 won't manage 105gr speers.
