bought some of the above by mistake. want to load in .45 colt with 6.0 grains red dot. see any problems?

I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it. I believe 6.0 is a relatively modest load in the 45 Colt.

I agree with craig.On the subject of primers however,I am very fond of CCI (all of them). When Obama got elected,as we know all the components dried up overnight.I load with a Dillon XL650 among others,so one goes through a LOT of primers when one is loading 45 ACP.Long way around the barn. The only primers that I could find were Federals.I had a HUGE failure on ignition (close to 40%).The point is that with the loss of product they went offshore + got primers made in china (read NO quality control). Things may have got better but I will never buy another Federal product.
