Here you go, page 450 of the Number Five Nosler Reloading Manual lists the following for the 9.3 X 62mm Mauser.

Loading their 286 grain Partition bullet using Norma cases and WLR primers they show:

50 grains IMR 4895 = 2177 fps
52 grains IMR 4895 = 2246 fps
54 grains IMR 4895 = 2340 fps (MAX)

This data was collected in a 26 inch barrel.
