I recently order this book from Amazon used. I recieved it today volume 2 no volume 1 at all. This book starts on page 313 at 30-06 and up. I am kind of pissed I got a great deal but come on the description states 100 calibers. No book starts on page 313. I just want your guys input hell my brother has the book first edition and it isnt broken up into volumes. I looked you cant even order it as seperate volumes so I am thinking I got screwed. I have emailed the seller we shall see what he says.

I have the First Edition, which contains 1040 pages and has a couple hundred cartridge entries, including updates and a couple of articles. Just like yours, the 30-06 starts on page 313. Since most buyers would have no idea how many entries the complete book lists, I believe the advertisement you bought was deceptive.

Unfortunately, you have been had!!

There should be volumes one and two.

Really good book if you can just get it all.

Well at least you got the best half, unless your looking for the 7mm stuff. Wink

Thats a great reloaders resource, Ken was a very methodical reloader and I have used my volumes for years as starting points.

My only bitch with the Waters books is I wish he had worked up data on a few more cartridges. Noteably missing are 6.5x55, 9.3x62, 416 Rigby, and 404 Jeff. You will also play hell finding some of the old discontinued powders.
