OK I "got" a few lbs of powder from a friend, have no idea how old it is. They're full cans that have turned red and "powdery". 2 cans of I4198 but i suspect a few other cans are bad too. How do you dispose of bad powder? Rich

Sprinkle it on your grass or on your garden, the soil will love it!!

This powder has deteriorated. I am not sure what is the right way to do it. But, when I get something like this, I pour the powder into a large bucket of water, use a stick to desolve it, and then pour it under some trees in the backyard.

Pouring it on the grass is fine ... but get it out of any building quickly! It has indeed deteriorated and represents a real risk. Mike -------------- DRSS, Womper's Club, NRA Life Member/Charter Member NRA Golden Eagles ... Knifemaker, http://www.mstarling.com

Send it to Al Gore, he eats it, mixes it with his breakfast cereal
