| I was getting just over 1/4" groups @100 Yds with this load 85gr sierra hpbt #1520. 37.9 grains Varget 9-1/2M Rem Primers Lapua brass bullets are seated on the lands.3027f/s .. @38 grins I started to get a sticky bolt. gun is a savage bbss with a 1:10 24" douglas heavy barrel. I loaded a lot of 95gr burgers moly coated with 47.4grains H4831SC Lapua brass CCI br2 primers @ .010" off the lands. 3110f/s. The 95gr burgers were great out to 800yrs. @ 1000 groups fell apart or it could have been the shooter. Dave |
