I am pondering the idea of trying H4350 in 280 Rem. and 150gr. bullets. I was wondering what are y'alls experiences with this. Thanks in advance.

I've tried 52.5gr H4350 under the Speer 145grGS. This is max. in the Speer manual, but shows no pressure signs in my rifle. 1MOA & 2910fps from my 23"bbl. I prefer something a bit slower for bullets above 140gr like IMR4831, RL19, H4831 or RL22.

H-4350 From 42.3 grains to 55.7 grains
Remington 9-1/2 Primer

But it is not my first choice...I prefer:
RL-25 From 54.4 grains to 58.5 grains
Remington 9-1/2 Primer

Thanks guys. I've been shooting IMR 4831 and 139gr. SSTs but I want to use one powder for my 280, 243, and 30-06s. I also plan on going to 150gr. bullets in 280. I appreciate the info.

If you are going to only use one powder a medium slow powder like 4350 is not a bad choice.
