First off, Sevenxbit, sent me a box of .222 Fed premium 43grain TNT Green cartridges. 3361 to 3414 FPS 7 shot 1/4" group at 50yds.I've never loaded any ammo for this rifle any better than that.
34gr. HP Varmint Nite Mare x s. 18.4 grains 8208, Rp cases, Fed. primers, 0al=2.120", Dirty, mild 2632 to 2683 fps., 2" group at 300 yds.
52grain FBHP Berger, 18.4grains 8208, Rp cases, Fed. primers, oal=2.185", mild, 2530 to 2549 FPS. 8 shots fantastic.
34grain HP VNMX., 13.6 grains SR 4759, Rp cases, Fed primers, oal= 2.120", Mild, 2813 to 2897 FPS. 3 shot 1/4" group at 50 yds. great at 200yds. roger
