Can anyone give me a link or some info on the AI?Looking for powder capacity and ballistics for 140-150grain bullets.Anything will be appreciated.

the gain is rather minimal. Start with 708 medium loads an work up from there. Each gun will be different.

if you haven't done teh rechamber already, you certainly could have it done in 7x57 ai... and pick up 200 fps over a 708.... treading on 280 velocities.

I shoot a Rem. Model 7 with a 21" barrel in 7-08 AI. In this rifle, 49 grains of H4350 and 140 grain Barnes Triple Shocks give 2900 FPS and 60,000 psi (M43). A 140 grain Nosler Partition with 50 grains of H4350 gives 2890 fps and 59,400 psi (M43).

A friend has a 22" barreled 7-08 AI, and with h4350, can get 3000 fps with a 140 gr. bullet.
