I have a few sets of dies that were left alone for some years and they started to rust on the inside .I cleaned them up as soon as i found the rust , no damage that i can tell,they still work fine with out scratching.some little round spots i cant get rid of inside the dies , dose any one have a tip for solveing this problem ? | ||

try polishing them out with Flitz. I've had good exrerience with the stuff. A frine of mine periodically rbs down his Kreighoff skeet gun with the stuff and I can't see where it caused any damage but will remove the rust spots. Good luck | |||

Try "Buff-No-More" (automotive product). I use it on the inside of my dies and it polishes them back to a mirror finish. I use a drill motor and bit wrapped in a soft cloth such as t-shirt or flannel and just thin smear of the Buff-No-More and in a few seconds everything is like new. The stuff also works great on brass, nickle or copper. If your auto supply doesn't carry it, get back in touch with me and I will send you some! BLR7! | |||

Get some 0000 steel wool and put some on a chamber mop and spin it with a drill with some kroil or some other oil and they will be like new. Good Luck | ||
