My 527 American Light Barrel 223, shoots almost as well as yours. Best 3 shot group so far, .380.

They really shoot don't they?

I have a CZ 527 .223 with the kevlar stock as well. The factory bullets that shoot the best in mine are the Winchester 45gr HP. The box states that they shoot 3600fps, but through the crono they are only showing 3300fps. The standard deviation is very, very small as well. They were very consistant in fps from round to round.

They will shoot a consistant .25 in my gun. I have had no work done to the gun as well. The only thing that I did was adjust the trigger (which is very easy to do by yourself).

My handloads shoot unbelieveably well. Everything that I put through this rifle shoots. I have to work a long time to get many of my custom guns to shoot this well. They are all 3 to 4x the cost of the CZ 527.

If you are looking for a good looking, well built accurate rifle, the CZ would be my choice.

It comes with a HS Precision stock. I bought mine for $575 on the internet. The stock alone is $300. That means you are getting the action and a handlapped barrel for $275.00

What a gun!!!

I recently purchased a CZ527 FS in .223 which has the mannlicher stock. The best accuracy I got out of the box was 3 inches at fifty yards. I bedded the rifle and floated the barrel and now I get single holes at fifty yard using 40gr Nosler BT with Unique powder.
