Which 270? Since they vary in length the net capacity will differ

Also case capacity a fired non resized case if you have it.

270 Hornady as Example

Cartridge : .375 Fl. Mag. N.E.
Bullet : .375, 270, Hornady SP 3710

Powder : IMR 4064

If you're so inclined, give RL-15 a try. Gives good velocity and shoots tiny little groups in my 375 H&H with Barnes 270 Gr. TSX bullets. My do all African load. Anythng from an Impala to a Cape Buffalo with this load. Send me a PM if you want load specifics.

my 375 H&H with Barnes 270 Gr

Max pressure on the 375FL is about 15000 psi less than the 375 H&H

I can't use H&H data in a 375 Flanged; too much pressure. I can't use Barnes bullets; cost too much and I have hundreds of Hornadys,, and I will never go to Africa anyway. ($).
I do have lots of RL15 though, and I like that too.
Thanks anyway.
