Hi,
Newbie here!
Have been re-loading for about two years now.
primarily to the cost of shooting my 500.
I also load .44mags.
I recently purchased some brand-new "500" grain 50cal JFP from Hornady.
I can't find "any" data to load these bullets.
Hornady won't answer my e-mails?
They are busy, I guess.
Anyone out there have anything to offer?
Would greatly appreciate any help! Wink

I was having a rough time trying to copy and paste this.
That's why I just jotted it all down.

Notice of disclaimer: This data was developed in the Hornady Mfg. Co. Test facilities under controlled conditions may vary.
The reloader should approach maximum loads with extreme caution.

Bullhead, I would like to know how those loads preform. If you do not mind could you email me that data. The bigger the bullet the more I like to shoot it. My email address is ccsykes@ncsu.edu. Also which 500 do you have? Do you have a problem with some of the spent cases sticking to the cylinder after you shoot cast bullets. I find that the only time the cases stick is if I use cast bullets. If I use the jacketed bullets, they do not stick? If anyone has any clue to why this happens, Please let me know.
