Hi
does extrem cold damage the powder? In sahara the temrature would go far behind the zero att nights, what would happend if the powder is stored at extrem low temrature like minus 30-40 degree below the zero?

Extreme cold, and I'm talking serious, -50, -70, doesn't appear to Damage powder. The use of double-based powder at those temperatures can lead to higher pressures, but the single based doesn't appear to be affected.
Storage itself at cold temperatures doesn't appear to be a problem, but there will be a condensation problem if warmed suddenly.

Hodgon Extreme Rifle Powders are one of those that should be temperature insensitive, see http://www.hodgdon.com/smokeless/extreme/page4.php , http://www.hodgdon.com/smokeless/extreme/index.php#top .
