Sitting here with my morning coffee looking over the lake. I have 2 410s. One a sxs one a single. Just wondering if it would be easy to load a brass case for plinking slugs. At the most hogs at 50 yes.

Anyone done it? Suggestions? Or should I stay with my coffee/ coffee

As usual just my $.02

Yes, very much so. You have several choices to play with.
You can use a lead slug or .40 S&W bullets if your choke is no too tight.
You can use a single slug or ball or shoot multi-balls/bullets.
I have an Enfield rifle converted to .410 and it shoots very well at 50 yards, much better than you'd expect.
There is Indian loaded ammo already out there that may fit your shotguns.
I use the data listed for .410 one ounce loads with no problems.
