i came across (200) wra 69 7.62x51 cases.after i full length resize them and trim them to length,load them up with 150gr bullet i cant get them to chamber in my bolt action hunting rifle.the bolt isnt goin in for enough to turn the handle down. i can load factory 308 brass with no problems.whats up thanks don

Have you tried chambering a re-sized 7.62x51 case?

You could spray a loaded cartridge with Engineer's Blue, chamber it as far as it'll go, and then check where it's hanging up (where the blue has been rubbed off). That will give a good idea of where the problem lies.

It is possible this brass was fired in a machinegun. Machineguns have very generous chambers. This is needed to insure reliable chambering at rather high feed rates.

You may want to try a "small base" full length sizing die. You may also need a rather stout press. Read little or no flex or streach.
