I have found a ton of articles online that give parts of the spec, but does anyone have a copy of, or have a link to the actual spec. Our company wants to make our version of MIL SPEC 5.56 for possible local govt purchase and we need to know everything. Velocity, Pressures, the whole nine yards. | ||

What you need is a copy of: TM 43-001-27 Army Ammunitin Data Sheets, Small Caliber Ammunition. Chapter 10 should be 5.56 ammo. TM 43-0001-27 CARTRIDGE, 5.56MM, BALL, M193 Type Classification: STD - AMCTC 5143. Use: Rifles, 5.56mm, M16 and M16A1. The cartridge is intended for use against personnel and unarmored targets.
