For a time, RCBS did sell a rebranded PACT unit. Since then, they have developed their own take on the concept, I believe.

The regulations (Expenses) from the federal government, state, county, and city, just to protect you from yourself or those evil capitalists are driving companies overseas.

If you have a dislike for manufacturing going to China, look in the mirror and blame yourself, you keep voting for it.

Manufacturing Labor Costs in China

I've been using the RCBS/Pact dispenser and scale for over 15 years, what's the problem? They aren't totally rebranded either, removing the tag on the botton that says "made by PACT" voids the warranty.
