Hi Where does everyone get there brass from? I suggest New Albany Shooting Range in Ohio, they have a large selection of pistol and rifle brass. They have lots of calibres such as 9mm Para, .40 Smith and Wesson, .38 Spl, .357 Mag, .45 ACP, .44 Remington Mag, .50 AE, .223/5.56, .308/7.62x51, .30-06 Sprng, .30-30 Winchester. It's indoor range brass. They also sell Dillon reloading gear. Their website is http://www.nasr.com [ 06-27-2003, 03:58: Message edited by: hkpete ]

I buy my military caliber brass from GIbrass.com. I scrounge all my pistol brass, even if I don't have that caliber pistol. I figure that I will get one sooner or later.

Cabelas is what I have started using for new rifle brass, based on price and availability. For pistol brass, I load 38, 9mm, 45ACP and 45 Long Colt. I usually buy it as range brass, that they pick up, for a nickel apiece. Seems to work fine. Resize and tumble it first tho. Same thing with 30/30 brass. Have bought a couple of orders of 1,000 pieces of 223 Lake City Brass from Cabelas also, so that ought to hold me a while at least. Once again, range brass that has been tumbled and deprimed and pocket cleaned out but needs to be resized. $34.00 plus shipping for a thousand.

I get most of my brass from Sinclairs and occasionally from Midway. I get a little weary of fooling with bulk brass. By the time I ream the projections from 100 primer pockets and true the necks I wish I'd spent the extra money for Norma or Lapua. Best wishes. Cal - Montreal
