In the last month or so there were two ranchers in MT who were compesated for losses incured by wolves , by a fund for the animals type organization . When it comes to compesation for a family member who is lossed to predation , how much is going to be enough . Although two wolves were killed and a permit for two more were issued , I feel it's some what of a copp out , to just say sure , let the predators come and clean out my pasture , because I will be reinbursed somehow . But when it comes to little Johnny or Suzie , how much then . ( I'm sure you could get $50 apiece for them ) .
