I was pheasant hunting today with several freinds . My lab walked by a clump of weeds and a rabbit backed 1/2 way out the other side , but sat tight. I didn't want a rabbit so I ask if anyone wanted it . I had the guy set up to the side . I figured it would run when I got up to it . But it sat tight . I said ready and booted it 2 - 3' up and it landed 10' or so forward. The guy was laughing so hard he missed 2 times before he hit it . He said next time I will just shoot it in the air . Winchester's got some red headed step child that does trick shots with clays, bet he coulda handled that shot no problem.
