Went out to get in the old truck this morning. Glanced across the street and saw my neighbor heading for his lifted, very big tired, 4x4. Just as he got in the cab I noticed a tabby comfortably curled up next to his right rear tire. His driveway is steep so he probably didn't see the cat. I reached in and hailed him via the CB radio. "Hey neighbor, there's a cat behind the rear wheel of your truck". He didn't reply but instead of starting his truck and scaring off the crat he just took the parking break off.

The truck started to roll down the driveway and the first thing it pinched to the ground was the crats tail. The rest was a slow motion version of squeezing the stuff out a toothpaste tube shaped like a cat. Defintely gross. The crunch of the skull ended it. I heard a "thanks" on the CB before I headed back in the house to enjoy a
cup of coffee while contemplating the beginning of a good day.

NIIICCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big Grin
A few years back I had a 79 Bronco w/33's. Started it and started forward, went bump. Humm? Backed up, went bump then rolled a little more and went bump again. Humm? Rolled back some more, one was doing the dieing circles and the other was just flat. Tossed them in the trash and drove away drinking coffe with a smile on my face.
O E H you brought back a great memory of a beautiful summer morning! Thank you! Wink

We Americans were tired of being thought of as dumb, by the rest of the world. So we went to the polls in November 2008 and removed all doubt.....let's not do it again in 2012 please.

Definately the mark of two good soldiers; teamwork, good communication and reflexively exploiting an opportunity in the ongoing war between us and them.
