Derf, You are a man among all men. This is a talent inherant to being male. And yes, you all stink despite what you might think.

It's from a strip called LosersIt's about 3 HS kids who are by there own defintion "losers". It's not for the prudish. It's funny as hell, but the artist, like most webcartoonists has a definate bend to the left. The strip I posted was from his " Offensive" series he did after getting some hate mail over a joke he did. Toolmaker

Once again I must disagree with the asylum dwellers. The best blunt force object to use against all manner of varmints is still a solid ash pick handle. It's as heavy as a ball bat, but it's oval shaped so when you connect with something (or someone) along the "edge" you put all that potential energy into a smaller area. It has the best traits of both the golf club and the ball bat(small contact area and large mass, respectively) A pick handle is on my list of things to buy to put in the truck, unfortunately Home Depot sells the ones with the poly heads HTRN

If you use a fitch fork,,,you can spoik them to the ground and watch'em wiggle for a bit,,For the wary ones,,you have a nifty five prong spear .I'm not a golfer,,,but do have a wood club I picked up in my travels somewhere.I keep it at the shop for rainy day entertainment.Working on a turf farm,,,I've seen countless golfers that could'nt pass that purty field of grass,,stop the car,,dump a few balls on the ground and drive them out into the field,,put the club away and drive off,,,they never go and pick up the balls,,,So I usually have a good supply.Clay

Mr. Steele, did you ever try stepping on the cats tail then using a 3 wood to "hide" the ball? It has helped my concentration a great deal, especially as I wait until after I step on their tail to tee up the ball. Give it a try sometime!
