Cratapults and Aircannons and I believe once a trap shooter, not oo sure about a spud gun though. The spudguns we had as kids were only of a 177 size or so. derf

Make one up and post the distance you get.

A freind has a pumpkin 10" launcher that has had feline passengers inside a pumpkin more than once lol

A little big for most people , it sits on a flat bed semi trailer

I did make a spud gun that launched 20 oz. mountaindew bottles filled with water. only got out to 75 yards though. have to find a better propelant than 50/50 hairspray/starting fluid.

Black powder. Bury it in the ground, check azimuth and elevation for proper sighting on the next PETA shindig. Use welding gloves for loading projectiles and be sure to use an overCRAT wad as the pesky little things sure don't like to stay put.

Good luck!

Also, plug the "base end"(of the crat, that is) as you do not want, a blow through. That could made loading the next crat very difficult. You know, it is like a stuck jacket, without the innerds.

The trick is to use compressed air - PVC is only "rated" to 175PSI or so, depending on bore size.

Get a loooongg barrel, and a whopping big air tank filled with 125PSI of air.

My kids build a PVC gun using a 4" barrel and a PVC air tank with a tire stem and valve with a hand operated ball valve to shoot about 2 lbs of candy at their homecoming parade. It shot hard candy 150' in the air and really hurt when it fell on you. They also shot donuts out of it to the police which brought many a smile!! We used plastic cups to hold the candy and donuts. They also test fired horse shit, but did not use the bio-hazard rounds during the parade.

I think if you stuffed a soft furry little critter into the cup with some duct tape on the top to keep it seated..I think it would work. We used 125 psi, but I suspect it would take the 175 psi my compressor will make. Sounds like flying critters to me.

there were a couple of guys that got fired from a larger company a few miles down the road from me. They worked night shift and had made a big potato gun that they would fire off with acetylene. They got in trouble because the plant is right next to the freeway & they'd load up krats in the potato gun and shoot them at passing semi's. Straw that broke the camels back is when they got some kittens and put capes on them and firem them at the trucks.
