Here is a link to gallons of the Glue for glue traps

I have a area that is infested with krats but shooting them is a bad idea , so I ordered a gallon .
I plan on spreading it on 2' square peices of plywood with a cheap can of cat food in the middle

I was told it is flammable , so I my BBQ the Krats at a different location

John, uh, those things are brutal. I'd use napalm before I'd use those things! Well, 'ceptin' on DimoCRATS of course. Nothin' is too rough for those scallawags! Just read in the paper today that another liberal teacher here in the local area got arrested for having sex with a student. Empowered by the Liberal Manifest Destiny they are teetering on the edge of the abyss, and perhaps some sticky traps would keep them from plunging over the rim...? A lady of 34, a student of 15. Now I know what you're thinkin', something like "Way to go dude!", right? Normally I'd agree, but the dude in this case is a "dudette". Time for some sticky traps where they'll do the most good!

It's not adrift!! It is being SUCKED down the vortex in the stagnant pool by the ACLU, liberals, leftist judges, actors, politicos and assisted by the spineless remainder of the country who are willing to just sit and watch it happen!! I don't think many are confused...they just don't give a shit and won't take the time or effort to enlighten themselves and then act on their feelings. I'd probably be put in jail if I got my hands on a bucket of that stuff,,,I can see many annoying uses for it,,poured down a set of steps,,swabed on the back-sides of door handles,,or a telephone handset,,paint it on the pole of my bird feeder to entertain the squirrels,,endless possibility of uses,,Thanks for the link johnch,, Clay Glue'em all!!

Exactly my thought, when I have tried all the possibilities offered by that stuff it would be the end of civilization as we know it! Not mention what would have happened had I got my hands on it when I was 15...

Screw down the board so it dosn't crawl away with 1 front foot free and the other 3 firmly stuck to the trap.

Gosh...let me qualify my comment...the ACLU is only mostly evil...just about 10x more so than AARP or the Brady bunch. They both want your guns...why do I think this is a good thing?

Just moments ago Fox news reported the ACLU is defending the "state's right" to not tell parents if their daughter is seeking an abortion. Sounds too Stalinistic to me!! The government already has too much power!!

20 years ago I believe the ACLU had good and sincere thoughts, now they are just interested in promoting their cause...I'll let you define it.

How about if you make sticky traps for joggers? How big do they need to be and how do you fasten them down to the ground?

Thats easy .
Figure out witch way they will be coming from.
At a narrow area , or install some type of blocker to narrow the trail down .
Strech a wire across the trail 8" off the ground , then paint a 3' wide and 6' long glue trap on the pavement.

Will catch them every time

You guys may be on to something here!!

If it will work effectivly for joggers, then ACLU lawyers at an accident scene or the court house should be perfect targets....don't even need bait!!

I'm unsure what to do with them once you have them stuck on the pavement....maybe the plywood idea is better for big game. There is also the question whether lawyers can slip out of their suit and thereby escape the glue. Maybe spikes in the middle of the plywood would solve this problem. Some research is necessary before we deploy a prototype.

As far as one crawling away due to only having 3 feet in the glue--why not make the board 6" larger in each dimension and leave a 6" border around the edge without glue. Then the critter would be "stuck in the middle" and unable to get a foot on the ground (unless he is a B&C class rat.
