A first class yard sale last saturday got me 3 very clean brass clips of 30-06 ball (F-A, 39), 11 pounds of pure lead, a nearly new 1943 45 acp clip pouch and 5 cats for a dollar. Thats a little more than I would usually pay but it was a package deal. I don't think it could be easily matched very soon. N.S.

First class indeed! Ammo, supplies, and targets all for a buck. You are living right!

How much do you want for the cats?
And are they too large to fit in my beer can mortar?

Hey PT. I put the cats in my possum pen to start fattening them up for Mew Gew Gai Pan, Shrimp with Cat Srices and garlic, or my favorite, Sweet and Hot Pussy with Clam Sauce. Is your mortar set up for 40 oz. Red Dog? You could get them loaded with a mallet, if I was getting rid of them. At no charge by me, or you could stop by fur dinner if you were in the neighborgood. Cats scarce up there, huh? Around here its feast or famine on cats you know. Until recently there was a drought of them. N.S.

This brings to mind an incedent some time back at a local gun store. They had a bin full of unwanted junk and As I pawed through it I came upon a 1911 web holster. Since I had two 45's I took a closer look and found inside of the holster, Canadian Armory Broadhead markings and a ramrod. Didn't take me but a moment to cough up the 5 bucks for that holster. Several months later the store owner was moaning about having just picked up a real nice Canadian made 45 with the Canadian proof markings and military broadheads, but couldn't find the old(in as new condition Big Grin) holster. I got a $50 in store credit for that holster! clap
As to dropping in fur dinner, that might be a fun thing to do but I am not too sure that I would enjoy the hairball surprise fur dessert! Roll Eyes Wink derf
