The Romans kept mice in large clay pot contrivances to raise them for the barbecue. Actually wrote books about it. Moles and mice are sort of similar. It is likely that fresh mole sizzling on a bamboo splinter with a little hot sauce is just as good as dog or monkey meat. Bon Apetit'!
