I just got two mounts delivered from a hunt I did last December. Both were done by Weller's Wildlife Studio in Tucson. I think they both turned out really well.

That deer is fantastic. The Javelina is very good as well. Looks like you picked a great taxidermist.

Extremely nice mounts! I especially like the deer mount. Is the deer a coues?

Thanks for sharing the photos!

Thanks guys. The deer is a Coues Deer. I got him in Sonora last December. I'm very pleased with the quality of the mounts. I guess there's not standard form for a bedded coues deer, so they had to take one for an eastern whitetail and carve it down to size. As far as the price goes, they're not cheap, but I think the quality of the work is worth the price!

That is a very nice Coues. I really like the bedded mount. That is one I never considered until now.

Very nice Coues mount. I wish I had the room to do more full body mounts.

308Sako - Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately when I touch many of the animals I've shot, its tick, tick, tick, then itch, itch, itch.
